Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar or Swerve Granular Sweetener
- 1 large egg
- 12 chocolate kisses
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg in a bowl.
- Roll dough into 1 tablespoon sized balls and place them on the cookies on the baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 6-8 minutes until the color begins to turn slightly tan.
- Press a chocolate kiss on top of the cookies as soon as they are removed from the oven.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
