Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • Chocolate Chips As Desired

Method
 

  1. Combine chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and water in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add additional water if needed.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Stir in toppings.
