Sugar Cookie Dough with Sprinkles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve sugar alternative
  • Sprinkles as desired

Method
 

  1. Combine chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Swerve sugar alternative and water in a food processor.
  2. Add additional water if needed.
  3. Blend 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Stir in toppings.
